Hurricane Irene vs. Hurricane Gloria in Photos!

A week after Hurricane Irene made it's presence known here in coastal Connecticut, i found photographs my father took while on patrol in Hurricane Gloria in 1985.  Although i have seen them a bunch of times in my life i was surprised by the similarities to the photographs i took last week during Irene.  so take a look at all of them at hubpages:
